My only complaint is with so many oilfield workers staying at these hotels would be great if breakfast could start at 5am. Many of us leave before the 6am start time.

Comfortable stay… Last Thanksgiving holiday we spent at this place for three days while visiting Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The room had a nice décor and was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The employees were very helpful and friendly. Additionally, it is situated close to a good number of eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a location that I would heartily recommend.

The wife and I needed a place to stay while in town to see the cavern. We didn't want to spend a lot for a room we'd only be staying at for a few hours in the evening from the drive from Dallas and a few hours in the morning before going to the caverns. This place was perfect! Rooms were very clean and updated. No carpet stains or gross moldy caulk in the bathroom. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and fresh coffee and more. For the price Quality Inn can not be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

When I first pulled into the parking lot, I noticed there was not much parking up front, but my goodness, there's an abundance in the back. We walked in and I instantly saw a clean and refreshing place. Ms. Jenny quickly checked us in, and we were off to our handicap accessible room. I walked in and noticed a stench that I couldn’t ignore. I went back to the front desk and reported the smell. Ms. April, the hotel manager, quickly went to see if she could smell it too. Unfortunately, she did and assured me she would find a more suitable place. Unfortunately, the room she had available was not handicap accessible, but I would overlook that for a nice room without a smell. Thankfully, she found me a room on the first floor, which I was happy about since that’s where I wanted to be in the first place. When I walked in, the room smelled great, and the bathroom was clean. The linen was clean, the beds were comfortable, but unfortunately, our microwave was dirty. The room had: a Holy Bible, a tour book, a list of restaurants, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, an iron, an ironing board, four large towels, four small towels, four hand towels, and lots of light. As I was bringing in my bags, Ms. Jenny brought my credit card to me. To my surprise, I left it at the front desk. Thank Goodness for honest people! Everything else was going great until we came in during a thunderstorm. Unfortunately, I assume our window leaked, and the air conditioner had water above it and was no longer working. I reported the issue to Ms. Jenny. She verified, then stated that it would be better for us to move and found me a room across the hall. Of course, I didn’t want to move, but I was happy she made a quick decision and found us a room nearby. The room we moved to had two beds instead of one, which was fine since we would only stay one more night due to more rain predictions. The outdoor pool was open and clean. We enjoyed it daily until it got too breezy. Pool towels are available as you head to the pool, so there's no need to take them from your room. The pool is safe since only those with a key can enter. The breakfast room was clean and well-stocked. Although I am a vegan, there weren’t many options for me, but this hotel has a wide range for everybody compared to other places. I enjoyed fresh fruit and coffee and had some oatmeal one morning. Overall, there was a wide variety, and the staff were professional and always ready to help. I wish our plans were not cut short because I enjoyed staying at this hotel. When I spoke to the front desk clerk, Miss Monica, and explained that I would check out early, she said I needed to go through Booking to change my date. I explained that I’ve changed my date several times and usually have to deal directly with the hotel. She called Ms. April, and Ms. April agreed that they would waive the early checkout fee. In return, I wanted to ensure I left this positive review because they deserve it! I can not say enough good things about the professional hotel staff and the great hospitality we received. My child has special needs, and everyone was so friendly to her. One day, she left the dining area ahead of me, and I heard Ms. April ask her to wait for me. I was not far behind her, but knowing that someone was looking out for her warmed my heart. Thank you all for being so kind and considerate to us. Your kindness shines bright; I will gladly stay there if I ever return! As a side note, I saw three different rooms and stayed in two. That alone speaks volumes to how much they appreciate their customers' satisfaction. Thank you so much!!!

Our Dallas Texas based motorcycle touring group had reservations at a hotel in Carlsbad that was unacceptable. We looked for options and this location was nearby and had great reviews. I called and spoke with Yesi and she confirmed you had 8 rooms available to accommodate our group for the two nights. We made the move and she did a great job checking us all into a beautiful hotel. Yesi was great and it was such a treat to see her again on Saturday night. She also said she would mention to the overnight front desk clerk that we were leaving at 6:00 a.m. and if there was a way we could have some breakfast available at 5:30, which was taken care of and very much appreciated by our group. Starting the day with a bowl of cereal was just what we needed. Our final two nights on our 9-day motorcycle ride turned out to be much better than what would have happened had we stayed elsewhere. Thanks for having such a well-maintained location and great staff. It made such a difference as we headed out Sunday morning back home. . I highly recommend this location.

We stayed there for 3 nights. When we got there it was late at night and the receptionist who attended us, kaz, was very very welcoming and helpful. The room had very comfortable beds and clean linin. The breakfast was very filling with vast choices. My daughter especially enjoyed the waffle maker. We enjoyed the good sized pool. We came here for a small vacation and left with great memories.
